Do what you believe in, if you believe in it, you will easily go that extra mile to make it happen.
How do you strive to make a difference in the Wales Food and Drink market?
Working with schools and teachers, groups and producers – empowering access to local ingredients and empowering individuals with kitchen confidence makes a difference.

What do you see as the biggest challenge for the sector?
Costs of ingredients but by empowering kids with kitchen confidence, families can use so much more of what they buy.

I’m surrounded by my Food Heroes – Brookes Dairy, Hive Mind, Crafty Pickle, The Dell Vinyard are brilliant – they love what they do, are all family businesses and all about improving the environment for us all.
