It encourages me to keep pushing, investing time and looking to grow.
How do you strive to make a difference in the Wales Food and Drink market?
The business was originally set up to supply the public with local seafood. It’s blossomed since then, to now sell craft, alcohol, sweet treats etc. But the passion to showcase local produce remains priority
What do you see as the biggest challenge for the sector?
Sales! Last year was significantly quieter than the previous. Post covid. Looking forward to seeing what this year brings.
What are your goals for the next 12 months?
To really push our Gin, Tir a Mor
What is the biggest lesson you have learned in the past year as a company?
Strong staff and help around you is essential
What is one piece of advice would you give to any aspiring business owner?
Make sure you are passionate about the project. Work almost becomes a pleasure then.
What did you think of the awards ceremony?
Loved it! A night away for Sophie and I, baby free. Good food, nice company. Hopefully we can come again this year ????
