Make sure your customers love the product! Get this right first and everything else will follow suit, don’t and you will struggle on every step of the way.
How do you strive to make a difference in the Wales Food and Drink market?
People need a crunchy low carb snack and we offer a unique product that balances snack cravings with a healthy diet.
By choosing to produce it locally we are able to deliver consistent quality while supporting the economic development of Wales.
What do you see as the biggest challenge for the sector?
Unfortunately the effects of inflation are impacting consumer choice and producers are having a tough time managing the increase of input costs.
We would like to see more support from the government for the agricultural industry.
Who is your Food and Drink hero?
It’s an easy answer, the farmer. Without their hard work, there would be no food and drink for us to enjoy.
