What’s been the best reaction you’ve had since the win?
The best reaction I had was off the other 3 apprentices within Pembrokeshire creamery and puffin produce, they were absolutely buzzing!
Who inspires you in the food and drink world and why?
All of the engineers within the company inspire me because they’re a good example of where I aspire to be.

The farmers dedication to produce all year round is what drives me to keep standards high.
