The food and drink sector in Wales is going from strength to strength, with a real focus on quality products that are both scaleable and sustainable.

Having been involved with the Wales  Food and Drink Awards for a number of years, it is a real privilege to Chair the judging, and I cant wait to see, and champion, the progress the sector is making.
